New Check in Process

New Check in Process

Dear Members,

We are introducing a new Bag Tag Procedure for Social Play, effective Monday, 22nd December 2025. This initiative ensures all golfers playing in social tee times are properly checked in and easily identifiable on the course.

Please note:
This procedure does not apply to members in competition tee times as a check in procedure already exists for competition play.

It applies to all golfers playing within social tee times (including members and their guests) and to guests participating in competitions.

Why is this important?

  • Helps maintain accurate records of who is on the course.
  • Ensures player safety and insurance compliance.
  • It is a condition of members’  insurance  policy , ensuring that play only occurs during  authorised hours .

Key Member Requirements:

  • All social players must check in at the Pro Shop before play. This includes members.
  • You must collect your colour-coded bag tag, which will be date-stamped and show your course details.
  •  The bag tag must be visibly attached to your golf bag before heading to the first tee.

Access Reminder:
For your safety and insurance coverage, you must check in at the Proshop during the operating hours. These hours may vary seasonally, so please check before arriving.

Non-Compliance:
Players without a valid bag tag will be asked to leave the course. Breaches of this policy may result in suspension of your playing privileges

Please click HERE to view the policy.

Kind regards

Terry Pitsikas – Club President
